In January 2014 I was looking for an exercise program that I could do with the pains I was experiencing in my hips and knees.  I heard that Matt Hancock had started the  DDP YOGA  classes in the Illinois Valley and wanted to see if it was a good fit for me.  I went online and watched several videos of people just like me that were able to perform the exercises and most were relieved of their pains in only a short while.   I joined DDP YOGA in January 2014 and after a few short weeks I was able to do the exercises but I was also starting to become pain free.  I also found that I was toning my body is places that hadn’t been toned in years and in thirteen weeks, I lost 33 pounds. I’ve also grown stronger and more flexible in the past months also.   I enjoy going to DDP YOGA.  Not only does Matt make it fun, but he makes you want to succeed and gives you all the tools to make it happen.  It’s up to you, how you push yourself, to make your goal.   Thank you Matt Hancock and my DDP YOGA family for supporting my efforts to a healthier new me.
